Terms & Conditions:
£150 for the full week of 7 nights or £25 for a night.
All rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis and a deposit of £50 each secures your room. Two more payments of £50 will be needed, one at the AGM and one more in May/June.
There is no discount for sleeping on the floor, on a settee or in a tent.

Le Moulin de la Touche
HOLIDAY COTTAGES IN BRITTANY
These properties form part of a ten acre watermill estate located in the pretty village of Plouguenast. We will be hiring the Manor House and the attached Mill in The Moulin de la Touche Estate. These are connected and will be opened up into one large house.
The Moulin de la Touche Estate is situated ideally to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany. 25 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc, with St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airport at Dinard within a hour away. A pretty trout fishing river runs though the estate which is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas. Each property has it's own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.
 
The Manor House and Mill Cottage are interconnected and will be opened up for us, and we can use all of the facilities on the Moulin de la Touche Cottages site (there are four other small cottages and the owners house on the site, but they should not interfere with us). They are situated on the bank of a trout fishing river and form part of an nine acre estate consisting of parkland and forest areas. Various footpaths and bridleways exist to explore the surrounding area and the village of Plouguenast is just a minutes walk away.
 
We can arrive at 4pm on Sat 31st Aug and we must leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition by 10 am on Sat 7th Sept - there is no cleaning fee, but all breakages or additional cleaning will come out of our £200 deposit. All bed linen is provided, but you must bring your own towels (bathroom, swimming etc) and could everyone please bring a tea towel (or we will buy them from the whip?). Heating is not included and costs £7 per day, or logs for wood burners or fires are charged at £5 per day.
 
There is a laundry hut opposite and a large games room next door. The games room has a couple of Table-Tennis Tables, Pool Table, and a Darts Board (bring your own darts). There is also a large collection of DVDs that should be returned to the games room after viewing. There is also a large heated swimming pool that is open from 10.00am until 8.00pm daily - weather permitting, and will probably be bloody freezing, but please feel welcome to bring your cozzie and try it out.
